My 242 is going to get the newer '94 940 engine (38k miles).
The 940 engine is the last of the red blocks (RWD)
93 and 94 had oil squirters, fatter rods, etcetc (mmmm more boooost).

Oh yeah....I forgot to add the '97 855t (turbo wagon) to my list. It blew a head gasket. Also sold it to fund the move to colorado.

How did you like that car? Can't remember, did it have the tranny in the rear for weight balance? I know it had inboard rear disks . .

The black 740, Scout, A4 and 4kq pics are all taken on my current property. 2 acres but everything is either in the garage or on the driveway.

The 740 is being being hauled off to the bone yard soon. We are moving deeper into the mountains (closer to skiing!!).
