Default Now for those who want brake upgrades

Lemme explain to y'all how to have cheaper 4-pot brakes that fit in 15" wheels...
You need the following parts:
1 pair of Porsche rear 4-pot calipers (RS2, 968, 996, normally they are all the same)
1 pair of strut housings that support G60 brakes
1 pair of 276*25mm rotors
1 set of pads for the calipers.

The point with this mod is that the calipers need no brackets as their mounting is quite the same as the Audi ones, i.e. 2 bolts in the strut housings...
The 276mm rotors will have to be machined down to 270mm to be able to fit the calipers over the rotors...if you use Audi 80 quattro one piece strut housings, you'll probably have to add a spacer between the hub and the rotor (normally 5mm IF your rotor has the same offset as a 5k G60 276*25mm rotor, 90 quattro and coupe quattro 276*25mm have different offsets and I haven't been able to identify which is the correct one to use, maybe one of these doesn't need a spacer at all)...
Then if your wheel has enough inner offset, the setup will need no spacer (but if you need a spacer between the hub and the rotor, you'll need longer wheel bolts anyway), though on some wheels (my Ronal R8's in 7.5*15 will) spacers will be required for the caliper to clear the wheel spokes.
The only other thing that might be required for shorter pedal travel is a bigger brake master cylinder and the one from the 20v coupe quattro, 25.4mm ID will do just perfect and it's a bolt-on...price around 170 Bucks in the US, around 300 in Europe ((((

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
