ok last of the last issues ....
so after i found the corect timing i found out something intresting
when i rev(attempting) to rev the coupe the engine stumbles then i give it more throttle and it runs fine,
second try right before i rev it i press the kick down switch or whatever it is and it never stumbled at all, as a note the idle drops when the switch is pressed in
so again wtf

You must say three "hail-Mary's" to the audi-gods, who you obviously have pissed off bigtime.
Be sure to hold your mouth just "so" when you do. LOL....

If "kick down switch' is the one on top..
If "kick down switch' is the one on top of the throttle, then it's the 'full throttle switch'.
That switch makes the ECU go into 'open loop mode' when tripped (ignoring the 02 sensor information) which is designed to make the mixture a bit richer when you stand on it.
If tripping that switch makes a difference, them *perhaps* there is something wriong with the o2 sensor. Maybe..
Try disconnecting the 02 sensor. When you do that, the ECU goes into open loop mode ALL the time. May help, may not.
If undoing the sensor does help, it *probably* means that the o2 sensor needs replacing, OR maybe that you mixture is set way out of wack..
Or.. You could try-tie wrapping the full throttle switch closed all the time. (Good test for a bad O2 sensor too, as the ECU ignores the O2 sensor when the FT switch is closed)

Adjusting mixture
Read through the link following.
To adjust the mixture 'properly', your 02 sensor has to be working, otherwise you have nothing to measure to tell you that you HAVE the mixture set correctly.
Besides, if you still have the cat installed, your o2 sensor SHOULD be working, or you stand to mess up (clog) the cat.
(O2 sensors were invented to keep the mixture setup 'correctly' to work with catalytic converters.)

Huw's Audi page: Timing/Mixture setup
