Default Possible Oxygen Sensor/Catalytic Converter Problems

I was wondering if there were any other O2 sensors for the 86 4KS rather than the expensive BOSCH ones, or if there were any other cars that had a similiar sensor that I can swap with.

Default I got one on sale from Rod@partsconnection for about $30-40..

It's the universal one that you need to solder the old wires to. I think off-sale it's around $70. Not cheap, even for a universal 3-wire job.

Now I've never done this, so what do you mean by cut and splice
