Default 5 and 7/8ths....and only on every third Friday.....

Is this for the Marchals? Huw's pages have a diagram for them, and the following might help:

Dashboard upgrade article.

Default Russ, Im not sure if this is the anwer youre looking for...

the 2 large spade connectors closest to the 2 smaller ( for the LED) is what I tapped into for the supply to the fog light relay.
As a note, if you dont have a for light switch plug, the rear window defrost plug works like a champ

What does it matter? Haven't you ever called a bud and asked them a favor?

Default Agreed on the rear defog switch-look to see which wire is NOT brown or gray...

and that should be the same spade for the fog light switch.

Default finally back online... Thanks michael. Guess I need to cut up a defrost harness.

BTW, the fog lights are working just fine. For some reason off is on for the switch? Thats why I texted mikey. I'll post some cell pics soon as my digi cam threw in the towel last week.

Default I though you good with the 'electrics' Russ? :-)

I think the rear defog switch is a single pole/ double throw switch.

So sounds like you have it setup to turn on the 'other' throw.

Maybe use an ohm meter, and find out what connects where with the switch in the 'on' position?

One of the three terminals is 'common', and the switch connects between that one 'common' terminal and one of the other two terminals at a time, switching between them when you move the switch.

Default Pfft. Like EITHER of you know anything about electrical stuff....

Everybody knows it all runs on smoke. Let the smoke out and it doesn't work. Russ - figure out where the smoke leaked out and put it back in.
J/K!!! ;-)
Cheers!
