Alright, I just got this behemoth of a catologue, and Im curious to know what kind of stuff is available for the 4000. Im guessing its the Audi 80, but some of the stuff, like tail-light replacements dont seem like they would be the same as mine. Is anything in this catologue available and able to fit my car?

So like, ANYTHING that says Audi 80 will work with my 4000?

Ya got to know whats what on your car. Plus be able to recognize parts your trying to replace with its German counterpart. For the most part a large majority of German parts of the same year Audi as your will fit. The bumpers are different in most cases, as is the lighting. Plus many German Audi's were in existance a few years before they actually sold here in the US. Like wise several Audi models stopped selling in the US but continued to sell in Europe. If you stick between the years of your production run, you should be alright.

Problem is, a lot of it is for the Type 89 80, not much for the Type 85(4000) 80.

A hint: Look for "Type 85" 80/90. That's the American 4000.
