Does anyone know of a place that sells / fabricate a upper stress bar for the fron or the rear? I'm also looking for a good price for a passenger - front door molding.

Jamex made/makes one in aluminum for the 4kq. Not sure what vendor may carry them these days.
Look back through the threads for another recent one on this subject. I'm not convinced it does a whole lot, and it's not the simplest thing to install.

Door molding is a dealer only item unless you pull one off a junk car, and they usually don't come off nicely.

I just installed a sparco stress bar on my car and let me tell you the difference is night and day. Turn in is much crisper and the car holds its line much better. Steering feel is more solid without that spongy feeling that it used to have. A tip for installing is to use nutserts.
