for $800 you can buy a 2.5 or a 2.6L crank for the 5 cyl blocks. that will give you about 15% more displacement = 20HP plus torque. match that to some head work (mild port + cam) and you should be in the 150 hp range for something close to your 1200 limit. I think 034 has a stroker crankshaft boosting 2.2 to 2.6 liter. I believe worth about 20 hp

Blau has a cylinder head with cam. I believe worth about 30 hp.

So - maybe 155hp with these two mods.
