Sure they do... recommending the factory recommended plugs mean no law suits...
The fact remains that if the temperature range and such are the same then all will be fine. If you crank your boost you are also increasing the temps and so changing plugs is a sensible thing to do once you are running outside the factory design limits. I can tell you I did notice a difference when I put these colder plugs in (colder plugs for hotter environments).
