1984 Audi 5000s spits and sputters
I have a 1984 Audi 5000s. My main problem is that it spits and sputters and looses power. It could take it and hour for this to happen or it happens immediately. It has a very rough idle. I have changed the fuel pump, fuel accumulator, fuel distributor, cleaned out injectors. I was told it may be the ECM under the passenger floorboard. Could this be the problem? I am at a loss on what it could be and I am grasping at straws at this point.
