1990 - 100 no power

1990 - 100 no power
I finally got the car started and the idle is smooth and steady at 900 - but above 1000rpm it runs very rough, as it has no power to give.
Any advise, please

I bought this car with a fuel pump problem!!! I exchanged the pump with my working 5000cd turbo one and it is running good.
After I did the following the car still has the same ailments
Exchanged fuel pump and fuel filter
Set timing right on
Checked the air box, plunger, air filter etc.
Car has ample amount of fuel.. return line pumps just about 1 liter in 30 seconds. Injectors spray evenly when you lift the plunger
Spark is strong on all cylinders
Any advise, please
