I just found out that my 5000T exhaust manifold is crack. Not sure if there's a leak or not. How would I go about fixing it? Or would it be worth fixing it? If not, do anyone of you guys have one either from the 5000 10VT or 200 10VT laying around for cheap price, please let me know...

it has the usual cracks at the collectors and one small hairline crack on runner #3...

It's usable as is and could be made even better by simply having the 1 crack welded by a professional who knows what he's doing...

have some INFO about repairnig xhaust man after much ^%^&##&$&&^& while waiting for a machinist who tryed for about a month to weld my 5ktq man i went to a wrecker pulled 4 manflds took the one with the least cracks[ bead blasted it] this is the IMPORTANT part took it to a repair shop that specialized in repairng HEAVY EQUIPT DIESEL ENGINES not only did they fix the manifold in 2 days but it was heated b4 being welded but they also sufaced the gasket areas on a blanchard grinding machine the price was very reasonable {i think mostly b cause i took the time to clean it b 4 they got it ]
