86' 5ktq won't start please help me
ok so I am almost done with the project 86' 5ktq and it won't start all of the sudden. Brand new fuel pump and get proper pressure out of filter. There is pressure when each banjo nut on the head of the distributor is loosened. But injectors won't spray!! I have had someone crank the car and I manually push the airflow plate up and still no spray out of the injectors(which are also brand new). This doesn't make anysense. A week ago the car ran fine and now it doesn't. Why won't the injectors spray when proper pressure is everywhere in the fuel system. Electrical problem or what. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Did you see if the CSV is spraying? Do you know how to do an output test from you ECU diagnostics?
Putting a fuse in the Fuel pump relay and listening for the pump, removing the fuse, insert again, 4 sec repeat, will go through all the CIS components to show they are working. You can hear them working as you go along. See SJM website for ouput test explanation.
Even if the injectors weren't spraying, the first start with fuel spraying from the Cold Start Valve should run for 10 - 12 sec<ul><li><a href="http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/ecuf.html#fault">http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/ecuf.html#fault</a</li></ul>
