87 5000 CS Quattro Avant 155,000 Miles
After letting my car sit and rot for two years I have decided it's time to get it on the road again. One day I decided to try to get more boost out of it by removing the waste gate diaphram. Turned out to be lots of fun for awhile, until I blew the end caps out of my intercooler. I bought a new intercooler and waste gate diaphram and fixed the car. So I thought! Got the car running and it now burns oil. The engine sounds very solid and has no strange noises. Has anyone here ever experienced this? Right now my thoughts are that I blew the oil seals out of my turbo.
