The seller makes no warranties, express or implied, for the sale of this unit of vehicle parts. All sales are final.
This unit of vehicle parts is sold with a Dismantler's Acquisition Bill-of-Sale as a junked vehicle. If the buyer decides to title this vehicle then:
1) the buyer will be responsible for obtaining a smog
2) the buyer will be responsible for obtaining a safety inspection
3) the buyer will be responsible for paying any and all DMV fees
4) the buyer will receive a title branded as salvaged.
You have purchased this vehicle/vessel from a licensed Dismantler, and pursuant to Section 11520 of the California Vehicle Code, the license plates have been removed and all Title and Registration documents have been surrendered to the Department of Motor Vehicles. In accordance with the laws governing motor vehicles and vessels, we are required to give you a Bill of Sale which shows the department's Acquisition number and date reported, the last registration information known to us, and our dismantler number. In accordance with Section 5900 of the California Vehicle Code we will notify the Department of Motor Vehicles along with any fees and use tax due within 20days or penalties will be imposed by the state of California vehicle code.
'90 Audi Quatro, white. This car has an automatic transmission, power steering, A/C, radio, power windows and doorlocks, leather interior, an eight cylinder engine, 197,617 miles on it, and vehicle id#:000353.
It is $1300 plus tax.
The buyer is responsible for smog, brakes and lights.
