I noticed my Measurement Value of inside temp sensor G86 on roof is 35 which is not on the the scale
Inside Temp Sensors (channels 2 & 3) Actual Temp
Channel 2 seemed off the scale, channel 3 was like 117 which was about right, its abou 82 in my garage (freaking florida)

http://20v.org/climate2.htm#temptables</a

Re: we had the system changed over to r-134a
Is the radiator fan working? The fan should come on when the AC is on. The fan is used to cool the freon when it enter the condenser, by cooling the freon the pressure on the high side is reduced. There is a high pressure switch which will disable the compressor clutch if the pressure gets too high. Does the AC works on the highway?
There is also a low pressure which will also disengage the compressor clutch if the pressure is too low (needs a recharge).

Low on R134......
If you changed the system over you may have a small leak. I had to replace my condensor because of a leak and I went ahead and replaced the dryer and orifice valve and all o rings in the system. These are all R134 friendly parts. The compressor was changed by the previous owner so the only OEM part left is the evap which is not known to fail on these cars. Recharge the system and you should be fine. Remember that 134 runs slightly higher pressure than R12 so the amount of 134 installed should be slightly less than R12. It helps to have guages and vacuum pump.
