Any opinions about Single Piece Drive Shaft for V8 ??

"Seiben" does, it was installed on the DQT 6 Speed Conversion

It prolly depends upon your goals
It's not for me, because I value quiet.
If you can tolerate more vibration and noise, it may be okay.
I assume that Audi's designers wouldn't have added components if they didn't deem them necessary IN A STREET CAR.
In a race car, all the rules change.
It's your call.

Not sure what kind of comments would be helpful, but I can say the single piece shaft is not noticible to me, and I'd say no "news" is good news.
The drivetrain is solid, and, I've engaged in "spirited" driving on occasion - 3rd & 4th are sweet in the 110-160 km/h range.
FWIW, the one in the photo on Scott's site is the one on my car.
