bad exhaust leak from downpipe ... /:

Hit a wonderful NYC pothole and got a very bad leak as if something came off(loud/turbo sounds like a siron) checked it out and it's coming from up in the downpipe area!! All the bolts are tight on the turbo and w/g connection. I assume from the looks that this is a big job? Suppose the DP needs to be removed and replaced... ugh..
Any suggestions?
