Default birdmanmt---TPS

Jeff, will either of these work? None of the 'stangs had throttles left. They all looked the same from tempo (4cyl), to tuarus (v6) to tbird (v6). Part #s are E7AF 98989 AC 8L21A and F3DF 98989 BA 2J19B. If you can use them let me know and I'll send them out. $2 each is all they charged me.

No 5000 in the whole yard. Waah.

i'm not sure if they will. They're not the same as the one off the stang i used to have. What does the other side look like? Three wire? Can you put them up to your throttle switch on your car and see how close they are to fitting?

Thanks Tim

Hey tim-

I think i'd give the one on the left in the second picture a try. Looks close. On the underside there it looks a lot like the one i was looking for. In your opinion, which is closest to the audi one? I know their both pretty far off on the mounting holes, but what about the center hole for the shaft? Which one is closer there?

Just buy both from him, you can't go wrong with a $4 price tag plus shipping. He took time to go to the yard for you. JUst my opinion, not trying to be rude;-)

I've been looking around for similar stuff for MSing my Jag. What I was looking at was the 65mm throttle body/TPS (buy them as a pair) off of some of the later model Fords with the 4.6L V8. They're plentiful and cheap in junkyards and on eBay.

Just a suggestion, not sure if it would work for you or not.
