Brake update. I resealed my old pump, got my brakes working but the brake light wont turn off?

IIRC, the light is triggered by any of these three items:
Hydraulic fluid level
Brake fluid level
Hydraulic pressure
The floats can sometimes stick on the 1st two items. The pressure sensor plug is back behind the master cylinder. Failure is usually the bomb/accumulator.

Red light is on continuously, even after running the engine and stepping on the pedal some?
Check that the sensors in the hydraulic reservoir cap and brake fluid cap are intact.
Check that the parking brake handle is not raised.
