so the stock v8 steering wheel kinda sucks and i noticed a 2003
S6 wheel forsale locally. will it fit without changing things? i like the look of the three spoke wheel. If it would not work what kinda steering wheels do you guys use?

No it will not work. There is a great (detailed) writeup over on s-cars.com on converting a UrS6 wheel to a UrS4- the S4 being the same column details as the V8.

A number of the same period Audi Sport wheels will work woth the proper hub. Ran one on my V8 for years and light years better feel than stock, but of course no air bag.

ah man, too bad, it is a nice wheel. the stock one is so skinny. i have a wheel cover on it but that is just so ghetto. anyone use a momo wheel? i had one on my rabbit gti and it was very nice.
