Splice using the connector from your old O2 sensor.

Default solution

you really only need to find the signal wire. which is black on the sensor end, and green on the plug end. Then take the two white wires for the sensor, run one to ground and one to a key on 12v source.

The two white are attached to a connector, the black wire is by itself.

Just spend the money for a direct replacement I believe that a direct replacement cost around $145.00 which will have the correct ends.

Now the question is "Did the PO also cut the end on the car harness to MIckey Mouse something together?"

Default I really don't care too much about the connectors...

Is there much difference in price between the direct replacement and the generic ones? I thought the difference was substantial. I'll just splice to the existing wires, solder the connections and then protect it all with heat shrink tubing (the good stuff with goo inside). I doubt that any of thse cars will see another new sensor after this one is toast.

Default Generic is $35-45...OEM style is big $$$...

I would get the generic style and splice it in.
