It's another radiator,owned car since 1996,this is fourth radiator i am putting in.First 2 were aluminum and ABS plastic that would crack on top neck every 5 years and one replacing now is all copper which i bought new in August 2006.That radiator is leaking at the top.I am wondering why did it crack?No running issues with car,fan clicks on at about 90 celsius,there is no overheating.I am guessing,since my A/C doesn't work since 1998.,that i should remove condensor and all other A/C components from engine bay area so that i can have better cooling with new radiator!Do i have to worry about discharging refrigerant?I will also install new radiator fan switch 85/91 celsius.
