GPS Speedometer Conversion.
I'm having issues with my 88 5000CS's speedometer. It works very intermittently. I've replaced the speed sensor and I tested the gauge it seems to function. I'm baffled. Any way this brings me to my main question. Has anyone here ever installed the VDO GPS sender? It's supposed to run the electronic speedometer and replace the speed sensor in the transmission. Any thoughts? Either on a fix or installing the GPS sender?
