Holy drivability issues Batman!
I think I know whats been causing me a lot of problems latley. I always though I had a boost leak somewhere, but I could never find one. Well I think I just found it.

Top right of the intercooler.

Looks like the weld didn't penatrate the vertical side very well. It must have started as a small crack then I think it just split down the whole weld. I know a friend that can TIG weld very well. I'm sure he can fix it no problem. I probably won't get it fixed until I get back from my trip. But it will be interesting to see how it runs without the massive boost leak :-)

I'm going to e-mail him, but I don't want to pack it up and send it to him.
I know my friend can do a better job and it will take less time. But I will let him know that it cracked and he needs to work on his welds.
