My friend has about 6 to spend, i was thinking a 5000s with a 5kCS engine in it
wondering how hard they are to get and how much are they with decent miles and stuff, anyone else have ne ideas, have to be realiable and good gas milage

Just get a 5kCS (5ktq is the one to get, turbo, AWD, 5spd) or a 200q (updated interior and a slight exterior revision based on the 5ktq).
He'll spend $1k to $5k depending on the year and model ('91 200q20v is the one to find, 2.2L 20vt, 217hp, 228lb-ft, chip it to get 280hp and 300+ lb-ft). Otherwise look for a '89-90 200q, 162hp 177lb-ft, chip it to 220hp and 240? lb-ft.
