200 mph on the kind of horsepower they can dish out requires a lot of aerodynamics.

If you notice, Audi used the 200 Exclusiv body and badged it 5000CS quattro. Flared fenders to help cover the massive tires, added a rear spoiler, a front spoiler and "splitter", no side mirrors, and played with some other things (under-body). Look at some pics of that car from the side or front, and you'll see some of what I am talking about. No clue what they did underneath, but the stock typ44q definately gets a bit light at a buck-twenty, what they added would help, but not as much as cleaning up the underside...

Most speed record cars use a "belly pan". I don't think there has been one on a production car since the Jaguar XK-E. I think they have found it can be accomplished, at a practical level, with spoilers and lips.
