Default oh crap. smoke when the car starts up after sitting for a while
my 91 200q20v smokes from the exhuast at start-up after sitting for a while. its oil smoke. valve seals perhaps? it doesnt happen all the time, just after the car has been sitting overnight or longer. i just dont wanna rebuild my head...though i could use it

Yeah valve stem seals and/or guide wear. Change the oil weight, it may help.

Default Maybe just the the turbo seal...
leaking into the turbine housing.

Could be also, but i think that would cause oil loss all the time just not on start up.
