ISV is at the back of the valve cover, attached by hose clamps to the rubber fitting on the throttle body.
Bypass valve is under the big intake hose in my pix in the earlier response here. There's also a wastegate solenoid valve under there. It has an electrical connector. Click the link. See Scott Mockry's info at http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/troubl.../20vwgcnt.html
Not quite sure about edit function. You may have to make a certain number of posts to become allowed to edit or you may have to edit shortly after making the post. Well, I see I can still edit posts made days earlier, so if you don't see an "edit" button next to your "reply" and "reply with quote" buttons at the bottoms of your posts, it's a feature you have to "earn" by making a number of postings.
