Rear Head Rest Removal???
I read something from the Bently Manual about reaching the things to release them from the trunk, ya right, can't even get to them from the trunk.
Anyone have first hand experience with this procedure, like a BTDT sorta experience...care to clue me in, I am trying to get the headliner out???

its just like the bently said. YOu have to remove the peice of carpet on the back of the seat and then push in and up on the to tabs with a scwer driver. Its a bit of a pita job but can be done. Mabey i/ll have to come up to can-a-duh =) and help you out.

The headrests are secured by a spring clip at each steel shaft where they insert into the seatback.
Look at the plastic base, use a small screwdriver to pry the spring clips out. Then the headrest pulls up.
The plastic bases are posts which hold the seatback in place. These posts are released by pushing at their tabs accessed from the trunk.
