Someone save my V8 from early winter long storage

Maine is literally the end of the line and not too easy to get in/out of. Maybe people don't think it is a nice as it looks, I assure you it is. Of course the economy and gas prices are not what they were just 6 months ago. The price is a bit startling for a 16 y/o car, but I'll put it out there, how do you value it? What can you buy of the same quality/performance/looks/condition?

Yes, looks like people afraid of rare german 16years old car. But on the other hand you have a full service history and major stuff been done (t-belt).
I understand your situation, because I'm tring to sell my 1991 100 for $2K CAD (also full service history and two sets of rims/tires), but there is not much interest in it.
For $7K(~+2K) you can buy 1995/6 BMW 740i E38 fully loaded, but maintanace for that car is a totally different story. Faster, but RWD.
