sunroof Q?
well, my sunroof is SLOW, and i'm afraid of snapping the cable, and I recently picked up a new upholstered cardboard flap thing(yes that's the technical term...) I want to pop it out and clean/lube everything. what's involved with this? I've been told to avoid it at all costs, but I'm willing to tackle this if it is that hard

It's not all that bad IIRC. There are springs that hold the flap into place...
The springs have small hooks on either end, and the loop through eyes on the bottom of the sunroof panel. The Bentley has a great diagram of this-check that first.
This might be a little fuzzy as I haven't been in there in a while.

Either dealer....
443877277 used on everything for a long time...
Or yard (100/80/90/200/5k all with roof)
or a good hardware store will have something that matches close enough (BTDT)
