Default Ugh... V8 drivability issues are killing me!

3.6 V8 w/ manual trans, 034 flywheel, otherwise stock....

Here's the issue: Hesitation/poor acceleration, occasional jerkiness from a standing start (very noticeable), recently started having an occasionally bouncy idle when you let off the gas to stop(at a stop sign, etc). It will bounce a few times(200-800rpm), then self-correct and remain steady. The hesitation really feels like a timing issue to me, but I wonder how the idle issue would be related. Also, the car starts great everytime, hot or cold, any conditions, and idles great, revs great while parked, always returns to stable idle without issue. I don't have any gas mileage info, because I haven't been able to get the car running well enough to drive for any amount of time. Here's what I've already done...

New: O2 sensor, caps and rotors

Tested good per Bentley: IAT sensor, MAF sensor, G62 coolant temp sensor (in PS head), ISV, hall sender, plug wire resistance... also checked and cleaned all connections at these sensors.

Tried spraying WD40 on injector seals/elsewhere to find vacuum leaks, found none. TPS clicks when accelerator is depressed, I've cleaned the connections in the boot(there was some corrosion), but it didn't help. I have heard of a TPS that would click as it's supposed to, but still not function correctly. Does this sound reasonable?

Any other ideas? I'm getting really frustrated with this!

ECU has no codes. Hall sender and wiring tested OK per Bentley, both on the bench and in the car.

Do you happen to know which pins on the TPS I'd use to check this?

Default pin # 2 (blue/white wire)

numb 2 goes from the ECU to the TPS Full throttle switch and uses pin #3 to ground the WOT switch.

Default Thanks, I just tested the whole TPS (WOT, Idle switches and throttle potentiometer), and it's OK....

This thing is starting to get the best of me.....

Did you test the wiring between the switch and the ECU?

Are you sure it's a engine managment problem and not elsewhere in the car.. like say the Fuel pump pressure?

I'm guessing the car is a converted one and on the manual cars there is a solonoid that keeps the throddle plates from closing (suddenly) which would give you the idle bounce issue.

If the ECU says "no codes" then I wouldn't be looking at the electronics anymore, I would look at things that are mechanical in nature.

HTH.
