If you can lock the crank somehow, sure!

You must lock the pully first. Then you need a 3/4 socket and a 3 or 4 ft handle. It will be easy then. Otherwise impossible. The pully has a rubber section and will just flex if not locked. My friend made one for me from section of pipe and an iron bar.

Default For the pulley stack/vibration damper? 27mm iirc...

And to break it off you can use a solid extension pipe and wedge the bar against the ground. Then use the starter to break it free. Works beautifully every time.

To put it back on you need a holder.

No need to lock pulley or crank if using a quality impact wrench, 15 sec. = 6 hits and free.
