Funny you bring that up, im ordering them right now!
From evolutionsports.com, they have the best price on the sports for some reason.. below even costs I can get in town (through a supplier). Im not sure if they have the HDs but im sure they could get them. Bimmparts.com like icon said has very competitive prices also. Even the H&Rs are a good price.

I have a spare set
My 5KTQ has a full set of bilstein HD shocks that I installed last summer. They probably only have 5k miles on them, and I'm in the process of parting the car out. If you're interested in them, send me an email.
Ordered them originaly from Blau - here's the details:
Heavy Duty Bilsteins - For Vehicles with Factory Springs
5000T, 5000TQ (86-88)
200Q 10V (89-91)
100Q (89-91)
100Q V6 (92-94)
A6Q 12V inc.wagon (95-98)
