Default WTT 91 200 20v for a diesel

Posted on vwvortex without a single response.
I have a 1991 Audi 200 20v that I have sunk a ton of money into. Love the car but not practical for my 70 mile commute everyday. Looking to trade for some type of diesel vw. Here's the rundown on the audi
1991 Audi 200 20v 217hp stock
Car now has about 280hp
312k with a new timing belt, tensioners and waterpump 10k ago
new battery
new front and rear brakes
blizzak tires on it right now with bbs mesh rims
custom exhaust 2 weeks ago
new tierod ends in front and new control arm bushings
new bushings in rear too
S2 ECU I brought in from germany.
Pearl white with black leather interior.
Little rust starting on the bottoms now.
Also needs a new windshield. There are cracks in it but not in the drivers view.
Standard ps rack leak too.
Very solid car that I wouldnt thing twice about driving across the country.
More info? Just ask!
Will post pics soon too.

Default You may want to look into a 83 or so 5000 turbo diesel. First Audi in our family.

Sweet ride and great mileage! Good luck!

Default They had a typ44 diesel here in canada

wussy though, i think 75hp NA and 85...90hp for the turbo 5cyl, 2.0L

later type 44's in europe had ok diesels i think, 6cyl TDI..

but here you'd be better off with a 1.9TDI. more power and lighter than the 5 cyl. chip it to 150hp.
