Fires up fine when cold but about 45 seconds into warming up the rpm drops to almost 200 rpm with some knocking but recovers and everything is fine. It will die sometimes but will start right back up as if there was never a problem. The cold start sensor was replaced a short time back as was the ox sensor (oem bosch) and cat. My gut feeling is that the isv is not the culprit but correct me if I am wrong.
