Get a 95 Audi Cabriolet for probably a better price and a better amount of miles. My dads got a brand new saab, they're sweet but really, can you beat that harmonic hum that the 12V engine produces??

Maybe...
All depends on what you consider a "good" price. I looked at a 95' with similar milage a few months back for $5900, and decided against it. I've heard the power top motors burn out quite easy, and aren't a cheap fix.

That doesn't have the turbo...
...(at least from what I can remember from my SAAB days). I think the SE's had the turbo's. You would be better served with the turbo engine.
Also, the bracket that raises the roof is made of pot metal. It fatigues and snaps often. Not an expensive part but hard to get at. A few other quirks with the top too..
My partents have one with ~45k miles. They should have got the turbo too!! Their 9000 Aero is MUCH more fun!!
