What's wrong with the Ford unit?
I just bid on an ebay one yesterday, maybe it's good I was outbid. It looks as all you have to do is peel of the Ford sticker and splice on a two pin male Audi connector? Do you think it's differant internally?
After reading Mances's posts and others, it's likely I wouldn't have eber recieved the ISV in the mail ever anyway.
