Default Anybody ever deal with www.expressautoparts.com?

I order a few things from on 10/27 them and I'm a little nervous nothing has shipped yet. Reading their email I find this line "You have indicated that you will accept the substitution of products for this order." I never agreed to that. I am considering canceling the order completely because of this.

Default I ordered some things from them before but not for my Audi...

Give them a call. They seemed willing to help me when I had questions.

Default I got their number off their site but that was a couple years ago. Looks like they changed their

site. Maybe they are not equipped to take a lot of calls.

I guess your only option is to e-mail them. Good luck.

Default thank you for checking, I have emailed to cancel the order...

I am not going to play around with them. The order was placed 8 days ago and it has not shipped. I've already lost 3 sunny/warm days to make the repairs and there are not too many of those left.

Default J/C, what did you order?

You may be better off hitting up www.germanautoparts.com. I buy the majority of my stuff through them and they are sometimes willing to lower their prices if you find it cheaper elsewhere. Plus they are very fair with shipping costs and will usually ship same day. Give them a call, great guys (and gal) to deal with.

Default this was actually an order for another vehicle...

a Toyota 4 Runner. I've dealt with europeanautomotive.com for Audi parts in the past. They have had great service and quick delivery. I checked them again last night and they do carry Toyota parts, so I think I will go through them.
