Anybody ever try Lucas Trans Slip addative in a b4 auto trans?
I'm on my second trans now and both of them have final drive slips. I've tried just about everything including paying an Audi tech big $$ to give me a diagnosis of "final drive slip" and the only solution givin was "rebuild or replace".
A friend told me that Lucus worked in his Audi. He over filled the trans a little and added 8oz of Lucus.

I agree with your comment about addatives. But the trans is already F'ed up...
and I doen't really care about the long run. I've already sent one auto-box to the scrap yard, so if Lucus allows me a few more miles out of this one then I'd be happy.
