...are they gonna make you get the update kit (which has the new tensioner/belt that deletes the relay roller)?
The tensioner I need is 078 903 133 Q - which is for the 2260 mm belt.
It seems like all the online parts sources automatically give you the updated kit when you put the p/n for the old tensioner in - so I'm assuming dealers are doing the same thing - will find out in the morning.

Worldimpex seems to carry the old one.
At least it appears so. If you can wait a week or two, I know of a good one in a cheap junkyard near here, but it will be at least Dec 12 before I can get out there and pull it - assuming it's still there by then.

Well mine sheared in half today when releasing the tension to re-install the belt...
...last step after doing a timing belt/water pump/roller/tensioner/t-stat & spark plugs...doh!
Thanks though. I'm going to give WorldImpex a shout tomorrow...I saw that they have it...but if they're like the other parts sources I bet it's NLA...

I've had heat for a week...but...yes...TB change at my folks...
...all went well and degreased the whole front of the engine quite throughly...still need to get it down to the carwash to get the bottom side though.
The spark plugs (Bosch Platinum +4s) had no electrode left - eeek - they got replaced with OE/Dealer NGKs - seems to idle much smoother now - although it won't be driven till it has a new tensioner.
All I did was have a breaker bar on the tensioner while my father was putting the belt over the P/S pulley - and then we heard a crack - and there was no tension.
