Default Audi 90 HELP!!!!!

Hey everybody. I'm new here, and I hope that somebody will be able to help me. I have 1988 Audi 90 and the problem is the following. When I start the car(cold) everything runs fine, but the moment it starts to heat up, i can't go more than 3000RPM. The engine stoles i shuts down. Even if I restart it, it is the same problem. The check engine light is out(tested also the computer) and everything is fine there. It looks like that the engine doesn't have enough gaz, but I also tested the fuel pressure and also it is fien. The exoust smells the mixture between gaz and air is too rich. I don't what to do. Please, if anybody can help me, do so. I';ll appreciate it a million. Tanks in advance.

ECU could be B-A-D. Swap with a known good one.

It sounds like your catalytic is clogged. Try unbolting it at the downpipe, open exhaust before the cat, and see if that cures the problem.

I checked the ECU-it is fine, i checked the fuel pump pressure, it is fine too, I got no catalic converter-i took it down a while ago. I checked all the vacumes, and they are all good. No leeks whatsoever. It beets me what's the problem. Thanks guys for the help though. If somebody has any new suggestions, please feel free to share.. Thanks again
