Audi 90Q rear diff lock??
on my 1991 90q 20v I have a button to lock the rear diff. this past winter the switch worked fine and helped tremendously with getting out of snowbanks but now it will not lock in. the light on the button turns on but then the light to show that the diff is locked will not and the diff will not lock in. i have looked around the net to find whats wrong and have seen people buying new switches but because my light goes on i dont think its that.. do i have a leak in the hose idk can anyone help?

First thing to do is to check to see if the vacuum line in the engine bay popped off. Look for the line coming through the firewall right underneath the heatercore lines, it tees into a line a few inches from a check valve.
