Default Audi will be sitting for a while....

I am flying out to Alaska on June 1st, decided not to drive (existing driveline worries, not engine related). I will spend the whole summer (through mid August) in Seward, AK, and my car will be sitting in the garage missing me during that time. What should I do to prepare it for the downtime? My dad will take it out and drive it occasionally, to keep everything from leaking down. Anything to consider? Will be in garage with battery disconnected.

Thanks

Default what are you doing in seward?

beautiful town. If Im correct there is only one tunnel running to it. I have a cousin in ancorage who does is share of wheelin and dealin off road trucks. spend a few weeks out there a couple summers ago. Alaska is amazing. Get a lifted truck or jeep (quattro isnt going to cut it on these paths, not enough clearance) and take it on one of the bases off roading. Trust me, its worth it. Enjoy.

Default Landed a job at an ISP/Comp. Retail/Internet Cafe.

I'm not going to be doing any vehicular off-roading, but will do plenty of hiking and climbing. The Quattro is staying home for the summer, but if I decide to stay year-round, she'll be coming up to join me in August.
