I have a 1990 coupe quattro that does not idle well at all! When its cold it runs poorly sputters a bit but under full exceleration it is fine. When you come up to a stop you need to heel toe or it will stall. If you want to sit at the light or you stop after you have been driving it will stall unless you hold the RPMs up around 1000RPM's

Any Ideas??

make sure you do a good job too, i cleaned mine and got little to no result, so i went back and did it again the next night, and did a much better job, and so far its been working nicely.

Vac leaks is another common cause. Any ECU codes???
