Default automatic tranny multifunction switch replacement?

Hello all! I have a -95 80 Avant with AAh engine and CLP coded automatic transmission in it here in Finland. I have some running problems that may be caused by the tranny. I was checking the F-125 multifunction switch connection for poor connection (possible oxidation etc.) and to my great surprise I got some ATF poured on to my face. So i can get the switch for 100eur, but I´m just wondering is normal to this switch to be connected with ATF in the 1st place? How much will it pour down, when I remove the old switch? Like all the lot or just some ?

Default IMHO normal

I think you should unscrew old switch and put new one right away. After that check you transmission fluid level and add some ATF if needed. Also check the wiring harness to transmission for cracks in isolation.
