Bleeding 1 of 4 calipers? your thoughts

Default You can bleed from the brake line where you have broken bleeders...

This is far from ideal, but better than nothing. Rather than cracking the bleeder open, crack open the line where it attaches to the caliper. This will get the air out of the lines, but any air that is in the caliper will not be bled out.

As others have said, all four wheels must be bled.
