Can I hook up wiper arm assembialy (443 953 503 E) from a 91 200 in my B4?

dunno about a 200, but one from a B3 is a direct swap... except Hazard will require just a bit
of work b/c initially it won't 'flash' in a key-out situation... but that's easy, just add a constant 12v source into the pigtail

According to ETKA, the two share the same part number...
...so he should be good to go.
(I'm referring to a '91 90 quattro 20V to the '91 200 stalk - if both cars have airbags it should work, or if both do not, it should work)

well, key in & ignition turned... put it this way, if your interior lights and stereo will work
the Hazards will flash. However this is not exactly properly wired because the hazard blinkers should be on the "hot bus" and be able to be activated regardless of ignition position
