Default Can a stock alternator handle 4 driving lights?

I want to mount 4 driving lights (55 watt each) in addition to the stock high beams. Can the alternator handle it?

That's about 17A of added draw. I'd say at idle you'd give it a bit of a work out, but pretty much anywhere above 1500rpm you'd be 100% okay. If you connect them to the battery through a relay, you'd be able to use the battery to help keep the load off the alternator if you are worried. I ran two 55W Hellas on my 5kq with the stock headlamps, no issues and it has a smaller alternator than your B4-90.

Thank you for the reply. Just in case, I'll keep heated seats off when I use driving lights.
